FAQs
What exactly do you do?
I help people take control of their money—whether that means building a budget, improving their credit, getting out of debt, or just feeling less overwhelmed. I provide guidance, tools, and real-life support for real-life situations.
Do you offer financial advising or investment planning?
Nope—I’m not a licensed financial advisor. Climb is focused on financial wellness and support, not selling products or managing investments. Think of me more like a financial coach and accountability partner.
What if I’m embarrassed about my finances?
You're in the right place. This is a shame-free zone. I’ve been at rock bottom myself—there’s nothing you can tell me that would make me judge you. You’re not too far gone, and it’s never too late to start.
Do I have to talk to you on the phone?
Only if you want to. I offer no-call, no-face options for clients who prefer email, messaging, or written guidance. Just opt into that when signing up.
What if I only want one-time help?
You can totally book a one-time coaching session, credit help, or budgeting package without joining the membership. No pressure!
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. Everything you share is private and secure. I take your trust seriously.
How do I know this will actually help me?
I’ve walked this road myself. My methods are simple, clear, and designed to get you unstuck—without financial jargon, shame, or pressure. You’ll feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
